2. In the interest of patients in getting telephonic consultation, the available doctor will attend the call.
3. There may be little change in time slot, time may vary according to the availability of the doctor, but you will get consultation in most appropriate time.
4. In the interest of covid patients you are requested to state your condition in brief, simple understandable hindi or English, clear and comprehensive way.
5. All patients getting consultation there phone numbers will be added in a WhatsApp group Notice Board. This will give information to you. You can send a request to add nunber of your near and dear to this group.
6. Medications are given in normal doses but if there is any side effects or adverse effects, consult a nearby doctor immediately or go to emergency department of nearby Hospital .
7. The prescription is individual specific and can not be used for any other person.
8. You are advised to give correct information regarding your illness, symptoms, medications and co morbidity. Providing Wrong or incorrect or incomplete information may be very harmful to the patients.
9. Telephonic consultation fee is valid for one time. Fee charges may vary according to the demand. Change in any charges is purely portal decision.
